Your baby is up in all probability means that the baby's head is not yet fixed. This means that the baby is almost reaching the rib cage and hence the heaviness below the breasts. As the baby's movements are expected to slow down in the ninth month due to lack of space that also seems to be natural. However your doctor has been examining you and probably is seeing something which you have not understood or have not mentioned here. It is best to trust your doctor and follow medical advice. You just however discuss with your doctor if it is possible for you to wait for a couple more weeks as then the baby's lungs will be mature. Also discuss the possibility of having an induced labor before heading into a surgical birth.
