question
Hey friends need a suggestion of late my milk supply is such that I am just able to feed my baby for the day but unable to maintain any reserve for the time am out. I have to go out for work and will soon be resuming work. Also I feel my supply isn't increasing to accommodate the growing demand she will have now as she grows up. My baby is 4 months old. I want to start formula feed once a day so that she is accustomed to it but when I tried with her for the last 2 days she outright refuses it. She doesn't mind my milk in a bottle but doesn't take formula in bottle. I am seriously worried about what to do. I gave her formula initially when my supply was low in the first few days but in between I completely gave her breast milk. Should I try a diff formula currently I use enfamil.

@616db50446822a0013625fea you can simply boil jeera in water and drink instead of regular water. Also do tadka with jeera in your foods.
