hey guys...from d third trimester ...I feel hungry so frequently...but sometimes I am unable to have anything to stop my hunger very soon coz i m in joint family...nd meri shaadi ko ek saal hua abhi..m new to here..so I feel shy having food again nd again..nd eating all d tym...but I try to have something like fruit , coconut water, milk etc..but sometimes can't stop my hunger...would this affect my baby's growth...

u should keep dry fruits/almonds/raisins/healthy biscuits in your room dear.&nbsp; it will help.&nbsp; N y u r shying.&nbsp; u r not eating for urself only.&nbsp; u r having it for your baby.&nbsp; &#128522;

but which dryfruit I should prefer...as most of d dryfruits are hot as I heard like cashewnuts.... not gud for d baby...I have 5-6 <u>soaked</u> almonds daily in d morning...

hi anon, eating small meals frequently is good. drinking milk, eating fruit etc is perfect. why dont u keep some dry fruit in ur room as ur emergency stash? spk to ur hubby. he will understand. tc

please eat frequently if your are hungry. also.. drink lots of water. You can munch some nuts. Don't be shy.. talk to them or talk to your husband... they will understand.
