Hey Hi people,  Post delivery I'm unable to reduce my stomach.Can you please give me some tips and exercises to do so? I'm afraid how much time will it take to be fit and reduce tummy.

feb 15th was my delivery date. Weight is not a problem much but tummy is still there...i used belt and also uaing shapewears but didnt get much positive results.

Hey just give your body some time. What was your delivery date?? You can wear belt and can start walking.
