hey hii all....I m totally vegetarian nd I do not even eat eggs...plz suggest me what to eat instead of non veg food in pregnancy,to fullfill nutritions...???

Madhuri do not eat anything if you are not comfortable. We even have vegan ppl deliver healthy babies, follow what other moms told you.

Not at all necesry dear. U shld have protenous, vitamin food that's all. Not compulsory 2 take non.<br>
There r many veg women who delivered without any complctns nd baby is fine too. Don't eat thngs which u don't like. Talk with ur famly nd undrstnd or in nxt visit ask ur dct 2 talk with <u>them</u>

You can have daal, yoghurt, soyabeans, paneer, green veggies... <br>
Try mixing 2-3 daal and then cook... It increases the proteins content.

have lots of fresh fruit, dry fruits, you can have juices/ milkshake, cheese/paneer, soya, milk in morning and at night, green leafy vegetables.
