Hey. I am 26 weeks through. My diet is mostly clean and i am not eating out/eating junk much. I have reduced the intake of salt and sugar. But still i am putting on alot of weight. I am exercising daily. How can i manage my weight

Hi Yashana 7 to 15 kgs in overall pregnancy is normal and nothing to be worried off. Right you cant do anything as you are already eating clean. Relax and enjoy your pregnancy.
