Keep your legs on a pillow at night.<br> Don't sit/ stand in one position for a long time. Keep changing positions and get a small walks in every 20-30 mins. It'll increase blood circulation.<br> There is an exercise that i used to do during my pregnancy. Lie down straight. Keep legs straight. Keep heels on place and flex your toes forward and backward. Another is to roll your toes 10 times in clockwise and 10 times anticlockwise keeping heels on place.
