It is normal to feel warm during pregnancy. The fluid levels increase and your heart also works additionally to pump more blood to the various parts of the body and the uterus. Wear cool cotton clothes, light colored clothes, drink plenty of fluids and avoid going out between twelve pm to four pm.

take tender coconut water, watermelon, cucumber, 3 ltrs. water per day, 2 glass milk per day... fruits, leafy vegetables and lots of fluids.. curd, buttermilk etc. are also good... take care dear
