Our moms have covered everything, Listen to your body. Nothing wrong in keeping yourself active, stop it the moment you feel tired rest n then do. You know about your body than others.

Ana more than anyone else , you need to listen to your body ! Stop when you feel too tired and work when you have the energy . . Don't sit for too long and neither should you stand for too long . . If your doc allows you, the t actually is a good idea to stay active during pregnancy.; All the best 💞💞

Hi Ana, sharing what has been advised by my mum...
1st thing, do not exert yourself
2nd, avoid jhukna and lifting things, sideways is still OK... But not from front
3. Take rest in between... Do not work when you feel tired... Take a lot of rest...
4.do not lift heavy objects...
5.do not climb anything which is on a higher level
6.be slow while you sit, move, or change sides while on bed.
I think I have captured almost all the basics which my mum told me to follow... All the best... Wishing you a Happy and healthy pregnancy.. ❤️❤️
