Consult your doctor asap and do not exert yourself. Take good amount of rest.

I thnk it is due to strains, if it is brown spotting no need to worry call ur doc he will gv u progesterone injection and u can go .bt normally in ths case u need cmplt bed rest and take progestrone medicines for some days or tk the injection which ur doc will prescribe. And dnt roam about sooo much take <u>rest</u>

Relax :) keep praying ask God to keep the baby safe. Do some pep talk with the baby too, ask baby to be strong. It might sound silly but honestly the child is subconsciously aware of everything.
