As you all know we are surrounded by Many people while pregnant or after delivery. Today I gonna share with you all how to handle this stress level... As soon as you get news just think about your baby betterment nothing else you have to care about. Start your day with meditation or walking at morning or do activity which you like most. Make a regular activity which makes you happy,engage yourself in that activity. Take Good diet and always be positive. Try to motivate yourself read good books watching videos and listen music to calm your self. Drink 6_8 glasses of water per day, Keep yourself hydrated.
