My son is 4 yrs old and he does teeth grinding while sleeping at night.. it's not regular but some does he does it alot.
Any specific reason for this ?
How to stop him doing so?

It's normal. And can be called a phase. He will get over it on his own.

if children have stomach worms they tend to bite teeth while sleeping so please deworm your lo. you can give zentel syrup a full 10ml single dose.

At times my son who is 3.5 does the same thing. Especially at night. Since he is sleeping i cannot tell him to stop. I wonder if its because of a dream. In my case too it is not frequent
