if u r continuing with the pregnancy, make double sure u dont neglect ur health n start getting another family member to share the responsibilities of ur first baby.i wud say if ur husband is supporting u with care of ur house and children then only go ahead. also as Dr.Shilpitha Shanthappa has pointed out, do consider discussing all possibilities with ur doc as well.

hello...
Actually closely spaced pregnancies might not give a mother enough time to recover from pregnancy before moving on to the next. For example, pregnancy and breast-feeding can deplete your stores of nutrients, particularly folate and iron. If you become pregnant before replacing those stores, it could affect your health or your baby's health. Inflammation of the genital tract that develops during pregnancy and doesn't completely heal before the next pregnancy could also play a role.. and there is increased risks of Premature birth, The placenta partially or completely peel away from the inner wall of the uterus before delivery (placental abruption), Low birth weight, Congenital disorders, Schizophrenia, Autism... hence, optimum birth spacing should be at least 2 ½ to 3 years because this is the time the mother and child needs to shed off the effects of birth and breastfeeding... continuation of pregnancy merely depends on couple.. so, first discuss with your partner then consult your doctor... You know your body well.. relax and think...
