During the third trimester you need iron rich foods to avoid Anemia, hemorrhage during delivery. Calcium and magnesium is important to relive you from leg cramps, including Oats, barley, antichoke, pumpkin seeds helps you.<br>
Take plenty of fluids, avoid spicy foods, eat well balanced diet, stay hydrated, have control on sodium and intake if you have trouble like swelling of feet etc.
