Pureed veggies, mashed n nicely cooked rice n khicdi,fruits pureed u can also start sooji kheer nicely cooked Dal n rice with some ghee they will like it start with little portions

I started with dal, rice and veggies water now from 5th month..den I shd start wit ragi malt and fruit and veggies puree.. dis is suggested by my doctor

First start with liquids , then semi solids and then solids..<br> Now start with rice water , water , dal ka pani , juices ..<br> Then semi u can take fruit purees , mashed banana and dal khichdi ..then move on to solids but atleast give a gap of 15 days in each level ...
