hey..i have gained around 10kgs.. I want to loose some weight..but want to follow a healthy diet..as my baby is on bf..can somebody plz help..some diet chart or something..

thank you sonali.. actually after whole day household work..I really get tired..dats y m more concerned..coz m NT able to go for a walk on regular basis

Every individual is different and also it is best to avoid crash or fad diets during lactation. Eat every two hours eat healthy include good quality proteins in your diet. Additionally some exercise is also recommended. If you can't do much then even a forty five minutes walk is a good idea.
