hey..my baby is 3 months old n she is on breastfeed in day time..bt everybody suggests to give her bottle feed once a day so that she gets habitual of bottle n it becomes easier for me to go out in case without her or in functions with her..so I have started giving her formula feed once a day..otherwise she is totally on breastfeed..is it okay?

hi lavikaa if u are a stay at home mom it is recommended to exclusively bf for the first 6 months. yes, u can express ur milk and bottlefeed if u need to go out etc :) hope this <u>helps</u>
