How many of you have this issue...Kiddo hasn't started talking...Speaks alphabets numbers, veggie, bird, fruit names, rhymes in own style but communicating no..Any opinion?

my sister in law s son who s 2.5 yrs ve d same issue..Dr said it's because of more TV tym n less interaction wt <u>kids</u>
