FROM THE EXPERT: Hi Ashika, Yes, depletion of energy is because you are probably burnt out. Some mothers tend to be more active in different stages of pregnancy. Diet check is a must in mood management but you need to include some form of exercise in your routine as that is the most natural way to uplift your energy levels and elevate your mood.
Try taking some exclusive time out for yourself. If possible, catch up with friends. Go for a movie. Reconnect with your husband and find something you've been meaning to do. Take out half and hour for yourself everyday.
Mindfulness and relaxation exercises is a great way to rejuvenate and bring your zest back.
