Hi @Dr Shilpitha Singh and @Dr Payal M below attached is my GTT report done on 21.07.2017. And I need your second opinion on this after these reports went twice to my gynaec for regular check ups, she only advised me to take care of diet and today in third visit after the report without any other test she prescribed me Metformin 500 mg twice a day and suggested me to visit endocrinologist and told me you may need insulin. My all other reports are normal till date even all my sonographies and baby growth is good. And my concern is are reports the below so out of range that directly m put on 500 mg dose.. Is it so serious?

P.S. I am on the heavier side of weight have put on around 8 kg weight till now and have history of diabetes in my family.
