Hi @Dr Shilpitha Singh , I was diagnoised with typhoid fever during last week of december.. after using medicines, till date there is no fever and no fatigueness.. but from 3 to 4 days, my urine is yellowish in color.. is it again a symptom of typhoid ? And also it is 31 days and i didn't get my period this month (usually mine is 28 days cycle).. so am not able to understand what is happening with my body 😖😖😖 Do i need to go to general doctor or do i need to go to a gynic.. pls advise...

Firstly yellowish urination describes the less water intake i.e dehydration.. so increase your fluid intake.. it has nothing to do with typhoid.. secondly, periods are mostly irregular post delivery but if you are on unprotected sex then check with doctor
