Haven't you discussed this with your Gynae ? 
Sorry to say but missing heartbeat is not a gud sign. 
Plz discuss with your Gynae in detail and if you like you can go for another scan in different hospital to cross verify the scan reports.

According my LMP now 7weeks 5days .. yesterday I went for scan in that only yolksac found ,no heartbeat detected according to scan report now I am 6week 3day pregnant.is't normal ??
