Minor pain is expected.  Might be possible bcs of gas and acidity. Avoid oily and spicy food.You can try the moms co acidity relief green tea. Its totally herbal and specially made for expecting mothers. I am drinking half cup after my meals.You can give it a try.

May be gas, try having ajwain water and go for walk. Drink more water.

difficult to say without examining ...but in case you are worried about abortion it's never in upper abdomen...upper is usually acidity gas ...kidney is more on sides and back...if it's mild pain take rest or an antacid...otherwise get yourself <u>examined</u>
