once baby start rolling and sitting... things will be fine. Till then.. whenever baby sleeping.. keep watching.. turn the head gently.

How many weeks or months old.is your baby? You can use mustard pillow..some will use hollow pillows, can use old fabric or saree... but nothing worked for my baby. I was literally changing her head position every half an hour from one side to other. And as they grow things will settle and hairs will coverup.
