one cup rice and whole wheat nd half a cup of green garm chaswee and almond.....u can use green garam in eqaual quantity but i dout it ll cause gas so reduce it....and u can use ragi toooo...as per ur wish u can prepare

u can take same amount of rice whole wheat green garm almond cashwe and fry it separtly and powder it ...and store in air tight container.....while cookin add this 2 tsbp of powder for one cup of water and cook until water leavs out nd creamy
