Hi all i am 32 week pregnant from yesterday i feeling too tired and have heartburn after lunch or dinner. is it normal??

quite common. avoid laying down after eating food. avoid oily, spicy and fried food. tiredness is also common. take enough rest. drink warm milk in the night to have good sleep.

hey nayana i used to hv dahi or ice cream and it wud help. avoid fried stuff and namkeens. tc!

@nayana change your diet little bit,add fruits and more of vegetable juices.Also,add green tea instead of coffee.I m using the moms co green tea for acidity.

Yes, it's normal at this time. My sister also had very high acidity. She started using the moms co acidity tea and is feeling fine now.
