Hi all. I am 33 weeks pregnant. From yesterday i am feeling tired and just feel like lying down all the time. Feeling heavy too. Not able to stay active like before. Is there anyway in which you can raise your energy levels during last two months of pregnancy?. As lying down all day makes me feel lethargic and haunting thoughts about labour comes.Any of you facing the same kya?

Eat 2-3 biscuits as soon as you get up from bed, eat in small portions than having full stomach, eat protein and fibre rich food, drink more fluid including tender coconut water, it will boost your energy. At the same time do rest as well...Good luck to u <u>both</u>
