Hi All, I am 34 weeks pregnant. I am having swelling in feet, hands and face starting from 5th month of my pregnancy that is more now. I consulted doctor in my 5th month and was suggested to take urine test that came normal that time and at every doc appointment, BP also turns out to be normal. Is there anything to worry??

Swelling is very common during pregnancy... Drink lots and lots of water ... Avoid salt

Drink lots of water n cut down on salt intake this will help in ur water retention issues which is causing swelling. Keep ur feet elevated when sitting or sleeping. Also keep a regular chk on BP. Don't stress just take good rest n relax bcz once the baby comes u will have no time to rest.;

Swelling of feet and hands are common during prenancy. A lil massage with some warm oil also helps. Do ask your gyneac and then get ur hands and feet massaged lightly. Take rest and as mentioned earlier by Neha dont stand for too long. Also check if u have water retention issues.
