Hi all,  I am 34 weeks pregnant.  Now worried about the delivery phase.  No idea how will it goes.  Please let me know some exercises for normal delivery. I M very afraid of the pain while delivery

Don't stress yourself. Stress is not good for the baby. Delivery will go smoothly. You will be able to handle it. Trust me!

don't worry.. do walking for 1 hour  in a day.. like 15-20min walk after each meal ..will help  in delivery phase.. everything will be well and good.. stay strong and prepare yourself for delivery.. have faith in God.. all the best..

Hey.. Don't worry at all. All mothers here have gone through the phase you are in. Even I was so.much worried. Nature give us enough strength to give birth to a healthy baby. Now just relax and enjoy this lovely phase. . . soon you will be very busy.
