I am 37 weeks 4 days pregnant.
I have to visit doctor tomorrow and she has told me not to eat or drink anything post 11AM tmrw. They will check and if amniotic fluid is less than 10, then she wants baby to be delivered asap as my placenta is not supporting as required for baby growth and blood flow to baby. In this case, can I ask my doctor for induced labour and have normal delivery?

As the doctor has asked you to come empty stomach the intention does seem to be surgical. However do ask your doctor for a trial of labor. The amniotic fluid is not very low and will be able to support the labor process.
