I am about to 37 weeks pregnant. I have frequent lower abdominal pain along with pain in vaginal area with white milky discharge. I feel very uncomfortable while getting up from lying position. As per last scan, my baby is head down position. Are these pains symptoms that I am heading towards labour?

These feelings and discharge is very common in the last couple of weeks prior to labor. You are surely headed towards labor but are not in labor yet. Wait for either contractions or fluid discharge from the vagina or if there is any kind of bleeding. Till then you can be comfortable at home.

it could be even I had the same same symptoms in MA 37th week n delivered the baby in same week.. spk to ur doc abt ur concern dey ll guide u easily
