Hi all. I am in my 33rd week. I am finding it difficult to sleep at night. Not coz of heartburn but discomfort. Will this situation get worse in the following weeks? How to cope with it?

As the stomach grows it does become increasingly difficult to find a comfortable sleeping position. Would suggest using a wedge pillow under your abdomen and pillows to support your legs and lower back as well to make yourself comfortable.

It's common in last trimester bcz of growing belly nd litle pains; . Take the help of pillows , keep between ur legs , at back etc. Before sleeping have warm milk nd bath in warm water too.

Avoid heavy,; oily and spicy food in the night. Take luke warm milk before sleeping to sleep better. Also, try to sleep on both sides and change ur sides after you feel discomfort.all the best
