question
Hi all, I am Mala and I'm 11weeks pregnant with twins, my gynecologists suggest me to stay back at home and not to do any work through out my pregnancy. Please suggest should I follow the same as I'm wishing for normal delivery and for that I was set expectation to do lot of physical work after 4 months.

Try to take rest as much as possible because your body is working twice as hard to develop the babies.

Hey there, congratulations on twins. Yes multiple pregnancy does require lot of rest and repose. I was on bed rest all through the span of nine months. It also depends upon individual case though. If your doc has advised you so, you must take it seriously and follow her advise. Enjoy these days of rest 👍
