During pregnancy due to hormonal changes the nasal passages dry up and this can cause a nose bleed as an extreme reaction. This is more common in winter when the weather is dry and in cold climates or if you use an air conditioner all the time. It's normal and not alarming. You will need to put some saline nose drops like nasoclear or nasomist a few times a day to keep the nasal passages lubricated.

did u hurt yourself? if it was a very small amount u can ignore. but if it reoccurs plz tell it to ur doc
