hi all...

I am travelling to other city for two days with my son for the first time... any suggestions what should I take for him to eat... he eats suji, daliya veg khichdi without spices daily... looking for suggestions

just as Shivani said, at 1 yr ur baby should start eating whatever u eat and whole fruits are a must. for traveling, if baby is really Fussy and choosy in eating then get the same meals prepared on request by the chef wherever u are staying. for future pls try to introduce all food that family is eating.

well at one year I tried to give my daughter whatever we ate. if travelling we used to get the food made with less spices and  tried to give her that. for a case of emergency I always kept roasted suji or her favourite cereal powders with me. also, make him eat whole fruits rather than juices as that way he will develop habbit of fruit eating and you will also not have to carry everything with you as fruits we can buy fresh.
