Aashi talk to your doctor...if water is leaking then it's not good please see your doc ASAP. Take rest

It's not discharge it's as if some water is leaking my inners are wet .

Little discharge is okay <u>but</u> you must consult your doctor once. Especially if the discharge is too much.
