I m 36 + week pregnant n I m having back ache n leg cramps since 2 days. This is my first pregnancy. so is it labour pain or wat . I feel very tired n drained n feel like sleeping all time as if too tired wat shud I do. my next appointment with doc is still after 3 days. shud I go early

the is not severe but it is constant

for me the labour pain was like severest period cramps which were originating from lower back and finishing in the lower abdomen. u can also talk to ur gynae over phone.

It would be a good idea to time the cramps. If they are coming at regular intervals you could be in early labor. Also watch for discharge like fluid or blood which would indicate that you need to visit the doctor.
