hi all I m feeling pain when I move or get up from bed....hen I lie down left or right tht time also.... this is my 8th month running n i do all the work will it be ok....n please suggest some food also wt to beat n wt not? also tell me as 8th month is running so how much time walking u would prefer... . cz people say this the critical month...we should not exert ourselves.

Eat healthy eating small meals every few hours don't eat large amount it may cause acid reflux. Walking a short distance for half an hour is enough if you are comfortable. Sometimes the pain is simply because of the weight increasing and be safe to check if it's just a normal pain with us gynac
