I need your suggestions regarding an issue in my apartment.
We live in a nice apartment which has around 30 or more flats. There is an open park with play area and swimming pool, kid zone etc for kids.
My problem is exactly by 5pm, kids in our apartment start gathering and play in the area where it's prohibited I mean near main doors or near corridors.
Since we stay in Ground floor flat, and most of the flats and open space are still unoccupied, there is a resounding and the kids just don't play thy scream, shout like anything.
This is Really making me annoying, I don't say my baby is very sensitive but with those screamings my baby hugs me tightly and keeps quiet and silent till the kids keep quiet. He doesn't even sleep with that noise around.
Our apartment has a common WhatsApp group chat in which I shared my concern that please ask your kids to play and enjoy near play area rather than near main doors and corridors but no one responded.
As we are not owners, my husband says don't argue with them, but I want to deal smoothly.
Can you please help me out how to handle this situation.

Me and my husband thought we could explain the kids this Saturday (day before yesterday) and invited them to our flat from corridor. My hubby called them (4 boys and 5 girls) inside saying my little baby boy is saying hai to all you brothers and sisters please come home. They came, I offered them muffins and lollipops and explained them that here is my little boy Ajju and introduced them to my baby. First they were happily listening and after sometime when I requested bacho please play near play area because your playtime is my baby's sleep time also and baby's sleep is getting disturbed. They started arguing with me, why should we stop playing we have to call our frnds in all flats and play hide and seek which we cannot in play area which is open. Then I said ok, but baby doesn't know your game strategy and his sleep is disturbing you kids tell me how to manage this.. they started telling me --- Let him play inside and we'll play outside, who will sleep in eveng times, my mom doesn't ask us not to shout and u r asking us to keep quiet aunty etc etc 🤐🤐<br>
I'm like 🙄🙄<br>
My husband said, okay let them go we will try to talk again in a different way.<br>
