Hi all... im 9th month pregnant. Im unable to sleep at nights is this a common problem or any other reason?

hi dear sleep is essential for baby at least 8 hrs.....try Skipping tea coffee spicy food n glass of warm milk before sleep

before going to bed have a warm shower leaving your head. wear a shower cap. and put some olive oil in ur hairs..these will help u to relax n sleep.. nd try to sleep less in day time.. hope this will help!
