I'm also in my 4th month. vomit along with blood is very common. when u vomit forcefully, Ur ligaments on throat will tore and because of that, blood comes. Nothing to worry about it.

sometimes due to heat also blood can come. or may b due to cuts in vein during vomiting.. so don't u worry.. talk toh your doc.. have lots of fluids..
