After you are sorted with food and nanny thing, check what type of activities the facility provides. They should be age appropriate and engaging. No matter they are any learning pattern based on not. The kid should enjoy them. My son's creche had activities only in first half of the day. In second half, kids used to sleep and enjoy free time.

My son went to a creche for almost 3 n half years. It was in my office building only. A few creche facilitate don't provide live CCTV feed. This is to let staff member work without pressure of being observed all the time. However they do install CCTV that parents can ask to see whever they wish. So don't just opt out any option just because they don't provide LIVE feed. Also, go with the facility that gives freshly cooked meals. Send milk from your side as this could be hard to match with what other kids are having there. Third important thing is kids to Nanny ratio. For kids under 1, only 2 kids should be per Nanny.

Some Babies adjust easily and some get scared . Take the process slowly and with patience . Try first 2-3days with very little time like for one hour or so . So he/she be sure mom will come back . Once babies is sure babies will start adjusting .
