Hi all, it's my first trimester and I'm not feeling like eating anything. Most of the time I'm feeling like vomiting ... What to do ? I know if I don't eat property it's harmful ...pls help

It is perfectly ok Arpita,i had the same thing during first trimester,i lost 6 kgs as i was not able to eat anything,my gynae said its ok,even if u r not able to eat anything,just keep on drinking water sip by sip,as of now the baby is forming so u can have very small amount of food and baby will still be fine,eat fresh fruits,veggies and water!All the best!

You should have food every 2; hrs don't keep long gap between food that will make vomiting worst.. Have citrus juice like lemon and orange.. Welcome to the would be mommy <u>world</u>

For most, morning sickness is a part of first trimester. You can consult your gynac if it's too aggressive or else if you can manage then try esting light and take smaller meals 5-6times a day.<br> My mother used to suggest dal made without any spices(plain dal) in watery form and keep drinking it time and again it helps in being hydrated and keeps you feel a bit filled.<br> Eat salads and lighter foods.
