hi neha, asa is safe, it is called baby aspirin... about the other one, i am not sure... it is better to take lot of protein based food such as sprouts(especially moong), small fishes, chicken, 4 types of nuts etc. Soak 4badams overnight and eat first thing in morning, have 3 ltrs. of water. Pro-pl with two glasses of milk a day... I had a small baby too, but my doctor always stressed on eating right, and not taking any other medicines or powders( pro-pl was suggested by another family doc.). Also rest on your left side for 2 hrs in afternoon and sleep for 8 hrs at night. Don't worry, all will be well..

Hey Neha.. L-arginine is for increasing the fluid inside the womb.. So i dont think it will put on any weight.. Normally u can gain upto 9-10 kilos..

You eat balanced food. Make a time table for eating and stick to it. Eat fruits, dry fruits, vegetables . Relax.. Everything will be fine. <br> ( If any doctor here...please no offense . But I heard now a days doc say this...and give additional things like extra tablets for weight gain. And near to delivery...the same doctor will tell....baby is too heavy so normal delivery is not possible. This is how they opt for c-section.&nbsp; I don't know about your case. ) You can take second opinion any time from another well-known doctor.
