Hi all mommies, my baby is six and half month but I don't understand how to keep her eating schedule, means what I should give her  in her at breakfast, afternoon, evening, and at dinner time, I am really confused, I give her mix podigree, smash apple and banana...

hi monali, go slow... you dont have to feed baby multiple times in the beginning... the first year is for baby to experiment with food,&nbsp; bm is still an important part of baby's diet. in the first step, give only bteakfast, rest of the day bm. then when baby is used to that, morning and evening... by eighth month 3 meals. you can give fruits or steamed veggies as small snacks...

Along with BM.. morning you can give porridge ( ragi, oats, homemade cerelac), afternoon give softly cooked mashed rice and daal paani in it( easy fluid consistency), evening mashed fruits ( banana, apple, boiled and mashed potatoes,carrot, beetroot), night you can give again dal and rice or Tiffins( like dosa, idli).
