Hi all, My baby is 45 days old Today he had his first vaccine . he is throwing up after that like watery milk. I am worried. Is that common. Pls answer

happened with my baby too. watery milk is digested milk which is not worrisome.  just make sure you burp the and hold him up for about 15 mins
