hi all.. my prenatal weight was 56 kg.. now 6 months post delivery i am 68 kg.. i would like to reduce my weight.. would using exercise bike help??

Yes you can start all exercises as you are six months post partum. You will also need to watch your diet to ensure that you are eating the correct calories. All the best.

ur gyno shud be able to guide  u well as per ur pregnancy. everyone cannot do workouts and virtially its impossible for us to know ur history. talk to gyno and she will let u know what work outs u can do ajd what kind of diet to follow. dont start anything unless approved by her.

hi archana .. only regular workout along with weight training will help. u can incorporate squats, lunges and leg raises using some weights 1kg or 2 kg. a controlled and nutritious diet also is very imp.
