pediatricians recommend weaning early if the baby has more than double the birth weight. but why cerelac? give fruits of home cooked soft rice. ur milk is the best right now and shud be sufficient till 6 months. why did the pediatrician recommend weaning?

ideally one shud wait for baby to complete 6 months before starting on semi <u>solids</u>
