Hi all..... please suggest me what should I feed or what receipes should I make for son to make him healthy n strong immunity.... Since rainy season has started he is not eating properly n suffering from stomach infection n indigestion.... Giving him medicines too but I want some healthy recipes for kids.... Also suggest me what should we mix in milk (any home made milk powder for kids)....

Hi Suhana, Start with herbal teas, kesar milk, or turmeric milk, fresh fruits-cherries,lychee,plums, banana, jamun ,give daily dry fruits, if given overnight soaked it gives wonderful results, avoid fried and oily food, add herbs and garlic ,cinnamon, curry leaves , add loads of vitamin C , add lentils and lots of yellow and orange veggies n fruits. This all will give child a better immunity and strength not only in monsoon season but whole year .Thanks.
