Hi All

Severe pain just below left side hips...not able to sleep both the side or not even on back...try pillow in between the legs with other pillow support to back .... using hot water bag on that place but still pain persist and even not able to laying on bed in daytime also ....pls suggest m very stressed hence headache started bcoz of this....pls suggest somthing ...
